Our life is twofold; Sleep hath its own world,

Hello bloggy, it is Saturday (well not technically but I haven't fallen asleep yet so it's still saturday!) On Thursday I went to Kellys and then we went to hobby lobby to get a paint by number. I got a raccoon one and it is soooo cute. Also there were picture frames that were 50% off so I got a really big one that I'm going to do something crafty with. On Friday I got to go to B-town burgers and it was quite delicious. I'd recommend it to anyone in the belton area. This is the second time I've been and it's definitely improving. I also went to movie gallery who is having a going out of business sale. I bought Adventureland and Memoirs of a Geisha. I watched Adventureland and despite being unnecessarily crude it had a really sweet undertone. Today I went out to my dad's and the kids slid down the pool (my dad always emptys the pool out and when you first start to fill it up it becomes a sweet slide) I took a couple of pictures and my dad made hot dogs and hamburgers. Then I watched like 3 hours of laguna beach which is actually pretty hard to do seeing as how it's pretty terrible. Finally me and Kelly went to see Sex in the City 2. It was very adorable and I've never even seen any of it on TV or the first one lol. So that's pretty much it bloggy, I just wanted to keep you updated.

There are no great things, only small things with great love.

Hello bloggy, It has been almost a week since my last update! On Wednesday I can't really remember what happened but on Thursday me and Troy took Sally to this trail which was really beautiful but it was scorching hot and sally fell in the creek and we had to carry her back because she was so tired lol. Troy had to carry sally on the way back and she just let him carry her like a little baby it was sooo cute.
I like this picture because Troy took it and he said something that made me laugh and I love him (:

Then I packed for Houston and the next morning robert came and picked me up. We got there and got to go out on the lake, but it wasn't like lake belton, it was sort of wavy and salty. I wakeboarded just a little bit because I'm not too good in the waves and the wake was a lot bigger than normal! The best part of the boat ride was when a fish jumped in our boat and hit christina. Otherwise it was very beautiful and I took a lot of pictures. Reflection in the water, it was so beautiful!

Then we went to Kemah and ate at a reaaallly good restaurant. Then we walked around a little and saw a juggler/fire guy and then we went home. The next day we went to the Houston zoo! All of the animals there are happy and very active even in the middle of the day. Some of them were being sprinkled on by sprinklers and they thought it was rain so they were very cutely taking bird baths and whatnot. This monkey was sitting right next to people just watching them!
My mom really loved the giraffes.

That night we went to a dynamo game which was fun and my mom made really good reindeer shaped noodles and some sort of pork.
On Sunday we went to an italian expo which included a fashion show, wine tasting, cheese, noodles, and some italian cars. That afternoon I rode back with Robert and we had taco bell in Temple. I got two soft tacos but sally ate one of them right when I got home. I turned away for oooone second and she ate it. On Monday I pretty much didn't do much except went to go watch ultimate and I watched the bachelorette. This is Ali, she's the new bachelorette, I maybe like her, haven't quite decided yet.

Tuesday I don't think I did much either. Then today me and troy went to the laaaake. And it was beautiful and I got outside the wake and did a jump where I got almost three inches of air! And troy gave me boat driving lessons and it was very fun. Also beforehand we went to china buffet and all I ate was sushi. It's not all that great food but theres a ton of sushi and I love it! Being on break is wonderful and also a little bit boring. I hate to say it but two weeks is really enough for me. I'm ready to get back to learning and such. I can only sit still for sooo long before I start to want to learn things and do things. I bet that I am going to be so sore tomorrow from all that wakeboarding I did today! Hmm what else, do you know who I am loving right now? The girl that plays Quinn on Glee.

I wish they would give her more lines, and also I wish the would think up more funny one liners for that other girl who is always saying the most ridiculous things, I think her name is brittany. Here's an example lol.

Anyways bloggy that is really all for right now.

P.S. Comments are now working for anyone who was wanting to!

Hooray another icon that I did, I plan on printing all of these out and using them for decorations in my room in case you were wondering! This is a mercyme song that I really love.

Sleep... Oh! how I loathe those little slices of death.

Dear Bloggy, nothing much happened today except that I got free BBQ, bench pressed like 35 pounds (sort of sad) and saw the beautiful Kelly D. We took some pictures and I watched american idol with her mom. And that's it! Also I'm tired and I just wanted to post two of my pictures so here you go!

There is a time for many words, and there is also a time for sleep.

Hello bloggy, today was rather uneventful. Me and troy had a "who can eat a six inch meatball sub the fastest" rematch from about two years ago today. I could have won (again) but I'm not sure it would have been conducive to my image as a lady lol. So I gracefully admitted defeat. We also went out to my dads who made dinner for us and we watched avatar with them. It was pretty good the second time so I'm not disappointed that I rented it. Anyway it's pretty late and I had better go to sleep but I just didn't want all of these to pile up on me like last time!

Hooray I did this one!

Taught by time, my heart has learned to glow for other's good

Hello Bloggy, I will fill you in since wednesday. On Thursday I pretty much did nothing until I drove to a tj-maxx to find a dress for Abel and Sarahs wedding on Saturday. Turns out I couldn't find anything but it was probably best because I had a really cute dress already that I had only really worn once. I did get some reaaallly cute flip-flops though. They are goldy and wrap around my feet very excellently!

Then I brought wendy's to Troy who was studying for his dynamics test and went home. On Friday Anna's mom came up and they started to pack her stuff up. I literally didn't do ANYTHING all of Friday until about four when me and Troy headed down to Brenham for Abel and Sarah's rehearsal dinner. We ate BBQ and really good brownies with ice cream. I'm not sure why it was so good but it definitely was. Then everyone gave speeches and Abel and Sarah played a cute little shoe game and I was very close to crying because everyone was crying and it was beautiful.

After the rehearsal dinner me and Meagan left our boys for the bachelor party and went to get starbucks. We both had a chocolate chip frappucino's and talked about places that we wanted to go to. The reason we went to starbucks instead of a movie was because apparently in brenham the movie theater closes at 9 o clock on a Friday night! Then we went to a hotel which was only a little bit scary and fell asleep kind of early. We woke up and ate breakfast at the hotel and then got ready and checked out by 11. We then proceeded to waste a few hours because the wedding didn't start until 2:30. We went to Wal-mart AND H-E-B and then Chili's for lunch.

And letmetellyou I had the most delicious thing at chili's it was like honey chipotle chicken crispers which I've never had before and they were extra crispy! Then we went to the wedding which was very adorable.
And troy looked so cute in a hot pink tie and Sarah of course was so beautiful, and Abel was glowing and the look on his face when Sarah walked down the aisle was certainly priceless. After all of this was the reception, which was in the big old house and everyone laughed and had a good time. Then I drove home because apparently Troy didn't get any sleep the night before.

Then we ate pizza from pizza hut and had watermelon O's which are almost but not quite as good as peach O's. On Sunday Troy helped me move all of my stuff to the middle of my room (they're painting the walls) and we went back to Belton. Once there, we IMMEDIATELY whisked off to the lake to enjoy a few hours before 5 o clock ultimate. We wakeboarded and Troy landed a flip but let go of the rope. I got up like three times but fell every time I tried to go outside the wake lol.

Then we went to ultimate which I just took a few photos and watched. Today me and Troy just ran some errands and we ate at CiCi's where I dropped my entire plate of food (including noodles with tons of red sauce) on the carpet in front of the drink fountain because I let go of my tray trying to press the button at the top for ice. Who uses a button for ice! And troy says "you know kelly sometimes you're embarrassing to be around" referring to our latest trip to HEB where I struggled phenomenally with the self checkout and there was a huge line behind us just watching. He always comes to my rescue though, as he went to tell the cici's people that I dropped a plate of food and he went to the guy in charge of self checkout to ask for help when I was having so much trouble. And that is why Troy is a keeper.

Speaking of keeper's after cici's we went fishing at franks. I caught a HUGE fish. Not really it was maybe three inches but it was certainly adorable. Anyways this was really long but I have so much time and I'm actually not studying and it is wonderful. Soooo I will post pictures and be finished!

Sarah throws the bouquet (is that how you spell it) notice how I am expertly taking a photo instead of trying to catch them.

I bear a charmed life

Dear Bloggy, I am officially done with my freshman year at UT. Today I woke up at 7:30 (just to make extra triple sure I didn't miss it) ate cheerios for breakfast, and then walked to the other side of campus (about a 16-18 minute walk depending on how your bookin' it) and took my calc final. Annnnndd drum roll please...I got a 92!!! 92? That is so high! The class average was most definitely a 65. Sooo yeah thanks for the prayers because it was weird how I would finish a problem and then be like, something doesn't feel right and go back and correct my mistakes. Then I came back here, watched an episode of bones and worked on my final project that's due tomorrow. And I finished it! And then I went ahead and knocked out the rest of my defensive driving (hey why not?) So all in all it was a very productive day. Except you know how when you have something wrong with you and then you go look up the symptoms online and some people are like "oh yeah, that happened to me and you'll be fine." and some people are like "you're going to die" I got a bunch of those "your going to die" ones and so now I'm all paranoid. But then again, this is the same internet that says you need 10 gallons of water per inch per goldfish sooo I guess I shouldn't be taking the internet so seriously. I feel fine, maybe a little tired, and my head hurts, but fine. Anyway since I was so productive all day I really don't have anything to blog about. So I will go and find pictures to post for you (seeing as how I haven't had much time to take any lately.)

I am an arrow
I am a rocket
I am a river
Nothing can stop it

Cause you are the target
And you are the atomless fear
You are the ocean
That keeps pulling me,
You're pulling me here

You're so perfect
I'm so broken
Here you come with
Arms wide open
Chasing after me
Down every road
Your always waiting there.

In time we hate that which we often fear.

bloggy, heeelllp!
calculus final tomorrow: 30% of my final grade, still can't do a single related rates problem, maybe there won't be too many? I can vaguely remember thinking that to myself on the second midterm, which I got a 55 on. Sooo yeah I hope it goes well but all I can do is sleep now. Me and anna are starting a "why am I so stupid" club. That includes procrastinators who get a kick out of wasting time and then punishing themselves for it.
That is all, you will hear how my calc final goes, it might not be pretty :(

I wasted time, and now doth time waste me.

Okay so I didn't exactly waste time, bloggy, but I certainly haven't been doing much work this weekend. On thursday night a group of us went to the alamo drafthouse to see iron man at 12:00. We watched iron man one right before that to get the full effect and it was really fun. You can get food at alamo drafthouse and me and anna split a pizza and it was even good food. They had crazy cartoons and previews. Like this one cartoon seemed like real bugs, but they were doing sort of a claymation thing where they would just move their little legs and antennae and take another picture. It was definitely weird. They also showed previews of like sinbad from the 70's. The movie was really great too, I love Robert Downy Jr. and the bad guy was pretty good as well. Then on friday I went to my LAST CLASS AS A FRESHMAN AT THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS. And I almost didn't go but I'm glad I did because our professor wore a cow hat and did a bunch of demos. On one of them she poured boiling water into liquid nitrogen and it practically blew up in a cloud of smoke. It was really fun. Then me and Kate gave high-fives because hey, last class! After that I went home with troy and I did some calculus and washed clothes while he played ultimate. Then on Saturday we went out on the boat, only it was really cold (of course the only day that we can go out it's cold) so we just sat in the boat. Turns out we're both pretty white and even in the clouds we got burnt. So now every time I scratch my chest or my stomach I want to die just a little bit. Saturday evening we went to Georgetown to be with Troy's family. We played frisbee and apparently it was really funny because I just laughed the whole time. Today I went with Troy to Pflugerville to have mothers day lunch. Then I came back here and started calculus again! I have TWO days until my test and I'm really going to try and do well so that my GPA isn't terrible. Anyway that is all for now bloggy, I will keep you updated
<3Kelly

me and anna took this photo in the first week of class in august and the last week of class in may, and we didn't even kill eachother! Next year is gonna be fun!

how far that little candle throws its beams!

Bloggy! I am back from crazy studying! Literally nothing has happened except studying for the past week and a half so I won't bore you with the details but I got an 88 on my calculus test which i COULD NOT BE MORE EXCITED ABOUT. I'm pretty sure God had some sort of hand in that lol. So now I don't need such a high grade on my final to pass! On my second accounting test I also got an 88 which I'm not quite as excited about. My total grade in that class is a 92.8 which is equivalent to a 3.6 GPA, and guess what is equivalent to a 4.0 GPA? 93. yes UT plus/minus scale strikes again. I missed the 4.0 mark by two/tenths of a point and there is "absolutely no rounding." Oh well though, I will not dwell on this because I'm happy to get a 92! I took my final test in chemistry today and I'm going to end up with juuust barely a 93 in there which is a 4.0 hooray! So overall I am pretty happy with this semester, and if I can just pass that calculus final and finish up my rhetoric project I will be hoooome free. Anyway bloggy, I know that grades and school are sort of boring but that is all I've been doing literally. Like my shoulder hurts because of being hunched over for so long. Haha that lady is me
But now I plan to take a break and go to Belton this weekend and go out on the lake and just chilllll. And also study for calculus lol. It would be so sad if I just ignored that and then I failed and had to take the class over again anyway, after that incredible 88! But anyways what has been going on lately... I bought this chris rice album on itunes that just has piano music so I could study to it and I really love it. And me and Anna are really great at singing the sound of music at the top of our lungs. It's actually pretty horrific because we're both kind of tone deaf but I always end up just cracking up about how bad we are and it is so worth it.
I went to jamba juice for the first time today after my test! I can't wait for my two week break so I can take more pictures. I think boys should wear tennis shoes with their dress clothes instead of dress shoes, david boreanz is a cheater but he is still really cool in my book. I'm not sure if that makes me a bad woman or not. This morning I was going to wake up late because my first class is at 12 and I woke up at 8 and couldn't get back to sleep. I fed a pigeon sun chips and he was cute! I mean I know that people think they're nasty but they have a rainbow on their chests that alternates between purple and green in the sun, how cool is that? Hmmm and yeah that's pretty scattered but that's where I am right now! I will post some pictures, none of them will be mine buuuut yeah.
